"We never really felt threatened. "
"In game 3 there are no expectations, no pressure."
"They have to catch up and beat us twice as many games as they have in 2 years."

No expectations? Exactly. You cant expect to beat the Jazz at home... because it won't happen. Unless Stern is in the building again. Lets see if the refs learn the difference between a steal and a foul.

Excuse me for just a moment, what about March 15th 2008 when we soundly came in to ESA stadium without Pau Gasol and gave the Jazz a nice spanking on the booty? Hey how about instead of thinking the refs should learn the difference between a steal and a foul, how about the jazz learn how to shoot? and how to not foul? they shot 45 of 101 shots. thats horrible when shooting 101 times. whether its 40% or not.

Last time I checked, LA beat them here big time with a smack on the Booty as Nation said, and we also beat them here last year. Utah has beat LA 3 times in 3 years. You think you can win 4 out of 5 ? Not going to happen, other teams might get freaked out by the ESA but LA has proven that arena doesn't fade Kobe. He lives for it.

Kobe faded alright. Again he will never win another title. The first and only 3 were with Shaq at his peak. Karl Malone got cheated of his last attempt and carried that team including Kobe through the Houston series alone till he got hurt. Kobe had to keep from going to jail, and then bad mouthed Malone, what an ass!3#@@# Karl  Malone was the best PF he'll ever play with!

Kobe is a cry baby rapist.......the only way he received MVP was to actually start passing the ball.......Chris Paul is so much better than Kobe could ever be.........The Jazz win these 2 Games at ESA and end up winning the series in 7.  By the way Lakers fans this is a Jazz board.  Take your smack somewhere else........JAZZ IN 7 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way Lakers fans this is a Jazz board.

Yeah, this is a dead Jazz board that has nothing better going for it than to have the privilege of getting their asses kicked by a Championship bound Laker squad led by the reigning league MVP.  If there was ever something to write home about, this is it!!!  Besides, in a couple of days, this board is going to be deader than dead because your team won't be playing basketball anymore, which effectively ends all professional sports activity in the entire state until next November - God, how pathetic!!!

You guys should consider yourselves lucky and fortunate to be witnesses to this particular brand of basketball poetry being played in your backyard - enjoy it while you can.

Lucky and fortuate to be witnesses??? What the hell? Seriously? No, we have already seen that, back in 96-97 and then again in 97-98 . . . . that was basketball poetry . . . . . wow . . . . you guys act like the Lakers invented the freaking game or something . . . . .  gees, for a team that just made it out of the first round for the first time without Shaq it is amazing the stuff that is getting said about how godlike this team is.

The Lakers can be beat, it has been seen, but the Jazz need to knuckle down and play hard for four quarters ir order to have a good chance at doing it. And please Boozer . . . come out and play!!!!

Go Jazz!!!

Oh and jefe101, if our boards are so dead and boring, then go to the Laker boards and talk to other Laker fans and leave us poor, uneducated, basketball idiots here in Utah alone . . . .

if our boards are so dead and boring, then go to the Laker boards and talk to other Laker fans and leave us poor, uneducated, basketball idiots here in Utah alone . . . .I didn't say your board was boring, just dead.  But, if it makes you feel any better I'm all over the Laker boards - probably to a fault.  Anyway, it's always interesting seeing how the other half lives.  On that note, I'll leave you all to your own devices...have fun!
