Luddy was a top prospect several years ago. He then fractured his hip and wasn't heard from much at the big league level until last year. He's been quite productive in a part-time role for the last season plus.
It was tough splitting the series with you guys after we won the first two. Still, going to Denver has been a real hair-raising experience for the Cards over the years, so taking two out of four wasn't the worst thing to happen.
Too bad about Tulo. Quintinilla looks like he might help fill the void rather well, though.
