You will think I'm pulling your chain
But If nobody has told you there are creatures in the southwest desert that are...different?
The wierdest is the vinegaroon. It's a scorpion looking insect but instead of the curled up tail it's straight. When I first heard of it I thought people were pulling my chain. Apparently it doesn't sting, (it squirts) but it can bite. And if it does, (so I'm told) everything tastes like vinegar for a couple of days. You can google it (whipscorpion)
It's the creepiest bug ever. . .
