This is what I posted in February:

I like the open letter idea but the changes need to be drastic but simple and I'm not sure if they'll do it.
Fire Vincent AND Bickerstaff (they are both nice guys, but its necessary) and hire...
Larry Brown.
Thats all you have to do, Larry will come in, point you in the right direction, bring in the necessary management and personnel to win and all Bob and MJ have to do is show up once in a awhile and count their money.
Bob knows money, MJ knows competitiveness, and Larry knows basketball. Those three can make this thing work...in Charlotte, beyond what anyone else could. This team needs to have a regional flavor, the pro franchise in the land of college talent. Its not that hard. Winners. Its about winning. Bickerstaff never won anything, Vincent never won anything. You need to bring in winners.
</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>
First, they fire Vincent and hire Larry Brown and now they get rid of Bickerstaff. Where's my consultant cut on this? Can I at least get a couple of courtside seats for a game? AND your putting games on TV outside of Shhhhharlotte. This franchise can do no wrong (if they just do what I say!).
