At Which Spot Are Eagles Deepest?

RB: Brian, Booker, Buck are a nice trio - toss in Hunt and or Moats

CB: Lito, Asante, Brown, Hanson - could end up being near the very top in the league this year if your ranking corner groups

D-Line: Bunk, Patterson, Laws, Cole, Clemons, others - deep at tackle now - we've also got young speed rushers to rotate in next to Cole.

I'll bet CB will win this... but i might just have to vote D-Line or RB myself. Buck and Booker are two very nice options to spell Westbrook. Laws has been labeled as a young version of Mike Patterson.

Completely agree - RB. Westy and Booker are a nasty tandum of backs...and if Hunt comes into his own this year, our running game will be a serious force for the defenses that try to stop them.  Our corners are undeniably good...but I think every already knows that...there's no surprise there.  But Westbrook is already underated if you ask me...and I think there are a lot of people out there who have no idea who Booker is - not to mention that he is an Eagle now.

Running Backs could surprise some people this year.  GO BIRDS!!!

We do have 3 really good corners,  but after that its Hanson,  and rooks.    Rb  looks real nice right now,  but Hunt still did nothing last year,  and Moats just sucks...........So I voted Dline,  Good stablilty with no real injury concerns on the 1st, and 2nd Line.    Laws adds some nice versatility to that,  as does Clemons............We will be very fast on the edges this year.    U expect to see us run something resmebling a 3-4 from time to time.  Not a lot,  but situational......Why else would we sign the small DE,  that look like LB's,  Clemons (  LB experience ),  Smith (  converting to LB is what most analysts  perdicted ).  Fast pass rush,  means,  Sacks,  Ints,  and Fumbles

The Eagles are stacked at  D- Back ! But our running backs are horrible besides Brian Westbrook . Compare our running backs to other teams in the league and you will see what I mean.

what!?!?! your off there BlueBell

Buck got 5 yards a carry in back up duties... 4 TD's

Booker is gonna be a fantastic young RB. I remember looking at him in last years draft. 4.5 yards a carry and 28 receptions. Check out his game logs from the end of last year. 6 rec, 6 rec, 6rec, 3 rec, 7 rec... this guys gonna take a lot of pressure off both Buck, and Westy... bring another YOUNG game breaker into the mix... for only a 4th round pick in this past draft... could be a steal.

so i'm totally not with you on this one man.

I say RB too, boards here are debating whether or not buckhalter will get cut, this is a back who had 5 yds and 4 tds last season, we are able to carry 4 decent backs this season including one that has yet to prove himself in the NFL but was seen as a good enough prospect for us to draft him.

The CBs are good, very good, however the four we have are the four we will go with, if one goes down we will be bringing up someone from the practice squad or bringing in a veteran.

The D-Line is great for starters, but beyond that how many of them would you pick for a fantasy team? I have every faith in them this season but I just wouldn't call it deep, rather over crowded.

I almost said CB but I don't think that we'll have Lito when the season opens

so I went with D-Line

Sorry guys, gonna disagree with some of you.

IF, IF, IF we keep Sheppard, I think we have the deepest and best CB Corp. in the country.

TWO (2) PRO BOWL CBs AND Brown.  Sheppard or Brown will be covering (Insert quality TE or WR here) this year---NOT Considine or Gocong.  IF, IF, IF Sheppard is here, I see a BUNCH of INTs for him.  IF, IF, IF he's healthy, he's just like Asante--A playmaker.  It's tough to get to your FOURTH (4th) read against a Jim Johnson ATTACKING, BLITZING style "D".  The time just ISN'T there usually.

Also, add Dawkins back at full strength.  He's in ALL camps now and healthy.  Yes, he's older, BUT he is focused & healthy this season.  His shelf-life IS/SHOULD BE longer than most Safeties due to how seriously he trains and how much passion he REALLY has for the game.  I hope he never retires, but I know he will OR get traded OR set free.  I loves me some Dawkins man!!!!  He brings heat, and other teams know it AND respect it.  EVEN IF, he a bit slower, a WR or TE DOES NOT want to get caught nappin' coming across the middle.  OCs teach that when playing the Iggles--"He's there.  Keep your head on a swivel.  He's there."

I also like Mikell. I know alot aren't sold on him just yet, but I like him.  Jim Johnson seems to REALLY like him also.  He MAY BE/IS taking the starting job from Considine this season-----Thank goodness---Someone needs to.

i just think our secondary will be something to hang our hats on this year guys.

Don't get me wrong--I like our RB Corp., but they cannot boast about having TWO (2) Pro Bowlers . . . . . . . . . yet.
