Red Devil, I'm guessing you live/grew up in the East Valley. There's some stigma about the West Valley from the Eastsiders, but it's actually very nice in most parts. Buckeye is one of if not the fastest growing parts of the Phoenix metro area. It is certainly fine for raising a family. The rest of your information is very detailed and very good. I know Phoenix very well, but I'm not that good with specific zip codes.
Buckeye, I suggest checking census data for information on the schools, taxes, crime, etc. Schools would be especially important, because it can be really hit or miss with the public schools here. A lot of it depends on your personal preferences. Just make sure you buy an ASU jersey when you get here.
