If Emeka is unlikely to sign with the team then you trade him and the #9 pick for Amare Stoudemire.
The Suns have been shopping him the past couple seasons and it would bring them a future defensive standout as well as some change. There is no way they wouldnt make this deal, not to mention Amare has nothing in his contract to prevent a trade.
IF oak really is leaving then this would be the best way to go instead of drafting someone at #9 who likely wont amount to much of anything in a relatively weak draft after the first 2 picks.
