Lowell was the MVP when Boston won its second World Series in four years last season and hit .274 with 17 homers and 73 RBI while being limited to 113 games this season. The 34-year-old looks more and more over the hill with each passing injury. He made his usual thud in the second half and is barely a top-20 Fantasy 3B entering 2009.
