He doesn't have top-of-the-rotation stuff, but Mendoza has the tools to be a low-end Fantasy option if he can get enough run support from the powerful Rangers offense. He's now followed a solid performance with a mediocre one to be careful when starting him. He is a two-start pitcher next week and makes his next start Monday against Seattle.
