2B Ray Durham (tight right hamstring) missed four straight games before he was used as a pinch-hitter on May 11. An MRI showed a hamstring pull and Durham could still be placed on the DL.
RHP Kevin Correia (left intercostal strain) went on the 15-day disabled list April 27. He will miss a month.
OF Dave Roberts (torn meniscus in left knee) went on the 15-day disabled list April 8. He had surgery April 12, and he will miss 10 to 12 weeks.
LHP Erick Threets (right abdominal strain) went on the 15-day disabled list April 19.
SS Omar Vizquel (arthroscopic left knee surgery on Feb. 27) opened the season on the 15-day disabled list. He began a minor league rehab assignment May 4. He could return to the Giants during the weekend of May 9-11.
INF Kevin Frandsen (ruptured left Achilles tendon) suffered the injury March 24, and he had season-ending surgery March 29. He opened the season on the 15-day disabled list.
LHP Noah Lowry (left arm surgery on March 7) opened the season on the 15-day disabled list. He was told April 30 to stop rehabbing for three to four weeks.
