Cavaliers guard Daniel Gibson will miss Game 6 of Cleveland's playoff against the Boston Celtics after separating his left shoulder during the second half Wednesday night. Gibson, one of the Cavs' best perimeter shooters, left early in the fourth quarter following a collision and did not return. The team estimated he would miss one to two weeks. (Updated 05/15/2008).

Fantasy Analysis
Gibson will be a restricted free agent this offseason. He appeared in 58 games during the regular season and averaged 10.4 points, 2.5 assists and 2.3 rebounds. He missed a good amount of time this season with ankle injuries and lost his starting job. He'll likely be re-signed by the Cavs, but it will be interesting to see what the team does with Delonte West -- also a restricted free agent -- in the offseason. He stands to be a handcuff for Gibson's Fantasy value, which stands to be pretty good as a third year breakout candidate. (Updated 05/15/2008).
