Young Browns WRs getting reps: With Braylon Edwards out indefinitely and Joe Jurevicius absent because of recent knee surgery, a crop of young wide receivers are getting increased opportunities for the Browns. Steve Sanders, Syndric Steptoe and Travis Wilson have all played with the starting offense. Wilson, who has just two catches since the Browns spent a third-round draft pick on him two years ago, has had the most consistent camp. He had three receptions for 58 yards against the Jets. Steptoe, who was on the practice squad as a rookie last year, averaged 36.5 yards on kickoff returns and 12.5 on punt returns against the Jets. "There was some excitement when the ball was in his hands," Crennel said. "He has got a lot of quickness and suddenness."

Edwards is expected to be back for the regular season so none of these wideouts figure to gain anything on the depth chart when the games begin. Still, Taylor has impressed and is entering his third season in the NFL, normally a good breakout year. Wilson might be worth a late-round flier in deeper leagues, but he won't make a huge contribution in Fantasy leagues this year. Steptoe has a fun name but no Fantasy value because he won't jump over anyone on the depth chart and the same goes for Sanders.
