Fantasy Analysis
Hoover notched 12 carries for 39 yards and 10 catches for 58 yards in 2007. He played in all 16 games. He is a good blocker, and a key part of the Panthers, but he doesn't produce enough stats on a regular basis to consider for Fantasy play. Leave him out of draft plans. (Updated 02/29/2008).
