The Pittsburgh Steelers promoted offensive lineman Jonathan Parquet from their practice squad Wednesday and signed rookie offensive lineman Jason Capizzi for the second time.
The Steelers may be without injured running back Willie Parker, defensive end Aaron Smith, offensive tackles Marvel Smith and Max Starks and safety Ryan Clark when they play the Jaguars Saturday.
