Falcons sign rookie WR Douglas: The Falcons have agreed to terms on a four-year deal with third-round draft pick Harry Douglas, a wide receiver from Louisville. Douglas had 173 career catches and 15 touchdown catches at Louisville. Previously, CBSSports.com asked former teammate Michael Bush, now of the Raiders to give us a scouting report on Douglas. "Harry has great hands, and even though he's a small guy he's not afraid to go across the middle," Bush said. "He has speed and might be a returner at the next level. I think he can do it all."
