Bears sign WR Davis to extension: After he accepted the club's tender offer as a restricted free agent, WR Rashied Davis agreed to a three-year deal to stay in Chicago. Signed out of the Arena Football League in 2005, Davis caught 39 passes for 468 yards and two touchdowns the past two seasons after spending his first year in Chicago as a reserve cornerback and return man. Davis has 1,172 yards on 55 kickoff returns and 31 yards on five punt returns in his career. He ranked fifth on the team last season with 11 special teams tackles. (Updated 04/23/2008).
