Hill, a second-year player out of Clemson, has had a very disappointing season due to injuries. He has 35 tackles and one interception. He has a world of potential, but we won't see it again until 2008. It is safe to cut him in Fantasy leagues. (Updated 12/05/2007)
Hall enters 2008 in a contract year, reportedly scheduled to make nearly $2 million. That might be cap space the Rams need for other players this offseason. Consider Hall iffy to remain with the club next season, especially with Derek Stanley the future kick-return man, but no matter where he ends up he won't be effective enough on offense to warrant use in Fantasy play.
