--Rookie TE Jacob Tamme hopes to follow in the footsteps of Colts TE Dallas Clark. Tamme used Clark's career in Indianapolis as a template for what he tried to accomplish at the University of Kentucky.
"I kind of model my game a little bit after him, and he's been real successful," Tamme said. "It's a great offense, so that's real exciting."
Team president Bill Polian likes what he's seen of the versatile tight end.
"He's an outstanding pass receiver in the mode of Dallas Clark," Polian said. "Not quite as stout. It's a little bit different body than Dallas; he's taller and a little thinner, but an outstanding, acrobatic, big-play receiver. We see him playing an active role as a move guy, H-back, whatever you want to call him."
--Former Colts western regional scout David Caldwell has been hired as the Atlanta Falcons' director of college scouting. Caldwell spent 10 seasons in the Colts' organization.
--In celebration of the 25th season of Indianapolis Colts football and the grand opening of Lucas Oil Stadium, the Colts will kick off their Make It Personal Tour at Meijer in Lafayette, Ind., on May 19. This is the fifth straight season the Colts will host a summer traveling road show featuring players and cheerleaders.
--"Quiet Strength: The Principles, Practices & Priorities of a Winning Life," the No. 1 New York Times best-selling memoir by Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy, will be released in trade soft cover on June 1. The soft cover edition includes a new chapter that updates readers on the 2007 season and Dungy's decision to continue coaching.
QUOTE TO NOTE "Out in Oakland it was tough, man. I got put into a bad situation. The first thing was my fault by getting the four-game suspension. But then, when I got back, they kind of held it against me, didn't give me my shot to get on the field and do the things that they said they were going to do. That right there kind of let me know what was going on. I don't see the reason why the Raiders needed to draft a running back. We had like a stable full of running backs that are capable, that ran for a hundred yards, every one of them and (Oakland) went and drafted a guy (Darren McFadden) that -- he's a great runner, don't get me wrong -- but I don't understand the logic behind it." -- Former and now new Colts RB Dominic Rhodes on his only season with the Oakland Raiders.

Totlbstrd is a fat man and a drug addict, and he is gay, and he will be living on the street, and he will be killed in a violent shootout, will be grinded into food, and will suffer his entire life, and cannot get over the fact that the Colts lost to the Chargers, and will have ever

I can't wait for the game between the Colts and Bears. Right now I live in Indiana, and am a die hard Colts fan, but I will be moving to Illinois at the beginning of the next school year. I cannot wait tell the Colts demolish the Bears and I can wear a Colts jersey the next day.

Great news that they re-signed him. I believe when Bethea's contract is up they'll let him walk for the big money and Girodano will quietly step in at the starting role. The dude is lightning fast and he plays a lot like Bpb Sanders. I love Bethea, but I am excited for when Giordano gets his chance. He's fun to watch.
It is confirmed now according to SportingNews.com and Dominic Rhodes is a Colt again. This changes the running back situation immediately. I think Dawson is gone and possibly Kenton Keith depending on how many running backs the
